1. Membership & Access

  • Glow Haus Collective Membership provides access to a curated library of digital assets, including templates, stock images, videos, and business resources.

  • Your membership is non-transferable and intended for your personal or business use only.

  • Each member is allowed unlimited downloads.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.

2. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase or download a template from Glow Haus Collective, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the content. This means:

You MAY use the templates and resources to:

  • Create branded marketing materials for your own business.

  • Customize and edit templates to suit your brand.

  • Post and share the content on your social media, website, or marketing materials.

  • Use the content for multiple clients, only if you purchase our '“Elite Glow” Membership for content creators.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or give away any template, stock image, or content from Glow Haus Collective.

  • Claim the designs as your own.

  • Use the templates for multiple businesses unless you are the owner of each business.

  • Use the content for commercial resale (e.g., selling Canva templates, stock images, or marketing materials derived
    from Glow Haus assets).

  • Share your membership login or downloads with others.

Failure to comply with these licensing terms may result in legal action.

3. Canva Requirements

  • All templates are designed for Canva and require only a free Canva account for access.

  • No Canva Pro subscription is required—all templates and content are fully accessible with a free Canva account.

  • Glow Haus Collective is not affiliated with Canva and cannot provide Canva support.

4. Payments, Billing & Cancellation

Billing Terms

  • Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.

  • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Once canceled, you will lose access to the content library and any unused downloads.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges or billing errors. If you experience an issue, please contact us at info@glowhauscollective.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content within Glow Haus Collective, including but not limited to templates, stock images, graphics, videos, and
    written content, is protected under copyright laws.

  • Glow Haus Collective retains full ownership of all content, and no rights are transferred upon purchase.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our digital assets violates copyright law and will be subject to legal action.

7. Updates & Modifications

    acceptance of new terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Glow Haus Collective provides digital assets “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Business losses due to improper use of our content.

  • Compatibility issues with third-party platforms (e.g., Canva).

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of our products.

By using our content, you acknowledge that Glow Haus Collective is not responsible for your business performance, branding outcomes, or client engagement results.
